We are located at 39 Crofton Street, Bundaberg. Directly opposite the Friendlies medical suites. A referral letter from your Doctor/Specialist is required for your initial appointment.

 

A referral letter is required for you to receive a medicare benefit on all services at Bundaberg Gynaecology. Once we have received a referral letter from your Doctor/Specialist, you will receive some forms in the mail or via email, please fill them in and bring them with you to your appointment. We will phone you with an appointment soon. A SMS reminder will be sent the day prior to your appointment.

Initial appointments are booked for 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please report to reception upon arrival.

You will need to bring with you, your Medicare and Private Health card. Some delays may occur but we will endeavor to do our best to inform you and do not wish to cause you any inconvenience.

Dr Swanepoel consults 3 days per week at the rooms located on Crofton Street. He performs surgery 2 days a week either at the Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Bourbong Street or The Friendly Society Private Hospital, Woondooma Street.
